In-Person Library Services |
Due to screening requirements, the Church St. entrance is CLOSED. Please use the Queen St. entrance sandwiched between Town Hall and Tim Hortons. If this is not a possibility for you, remember we still have curbside pick up (to your car) available. When visiting the Library, you will be required to report IMMEDIATELY to the front desk for screening before accessing library services.

Curbside Pickup (to your vehicle) and Home Delivery |
If you're not ready or are unable to come into the Library, we are happy to bring items to your vehicle. Please pre-arrange your holds and call when you arrive (519-284-3346) to let us know you are here. We will then bring the items to your car. We are also happy to offer home delivery to those who are unable to make it to the library. Please call the Library at 519-284-3346 for more information. |
Book Drop |
The Library's book drop in now open at the Queen St. entrance between the Town Hall and Tim Hortons. Even though the Library is now open, ALL ITEMS must be returned to the drop box so that they can be appropriately quarantined. Please do not try to hand them to staff as we cannot accept them. Please expect a delay of up to 8 days for items to be removed from your account. |
Fines |
All overdue fines incurred during the closure will be waived and fines are on hold indefinitely. Patrons will still be responsible for the cost of any lost items. |
Printing Services, Computer Use, and Makerspace appointments |
The Library's full selection of printing services (faxing, printing, copying, scanning) is once again available. Computer usage is available but limited to 60 minutes. Makerspace appointments are also available but limited to 60 minutes. |
