Closed Monday, May 19:

  • Town Hall
  • Municipal Operations Centre
  • Adult Learning
  • Before and After School Program
  • Child Care Centre
  • Town of St. Marys EarlyON Centre
  • Fire Station
  • Friendship Centre
  • Landfill
  • Library
  • Mobility Services Offices (Rides must be booked by 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 15)
  • Museum and Archives
  • Pyramid Recreation Centre
  • Aquatics Centre (temporarily closed for renovations)

The Town of St. Marys is encouraging residents to recognize those who give back through its Strong as Stone program.

The program allows residents to nominate individuals whose selfless deeds contribute to the quality of life in our community. Eligible nominees are publicly recognized at a Town Council meeting, celebrated in the media, and given an official certificate.

Town annually recognizing outstanding accomplishments in sports

The nomination period for the 2025 Sports Wall of Fame, located at the Pyramid Recreation Centre, will be open for one month beginning Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Established in October 2024, the Sports Wall of Fame was created to recognize those who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in sports in the community.

Town hosting Municipal Hazardous and Special Product Event on April 5

The Town of St. Marys is hosting its next Municipal Hazardous and Special Product Disposal Day on Saturday, April 5, 2025. 

The event will run from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Municipal Operations Centre (MOC) located at 408 James St. S (enter off South Service Road). It is open to residents of St. Marys and Perth South. 

Items that will be accepted at the disposal event include:

  • Acids, aerosol cans, antifreeze

  • Bases, batteries, bleach

  • Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs (CFLs), fluorescent tubes

Town hosting Conversations with the Community Outreach Worker event on April 12

Event planned for 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Snapping Turtle Coffee Roasters

The Town of St. Marys is hosting a Conversations with the Community Outreach Worker event to provide information and an opportunity to ask questions about the resources that are in place to support the community.

The event will take place on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Snapping Turtle Coffee Roasters (145 Queen St. E). This drop-in event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon) and is open to everyone.
