Summer concert series showcases local favourites and new talent

The St. Marys Museum is hosting its eleventh Melodies at the Museum summer concert series this August. On Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. a different musical performance will take place outdoors at the performance stage in Cadzow Park.

Town issues update on status of Pyramid Centre splash pad

The Town of St. Marys is providing an update on the Pyramid Recreation Centre splash pad following inquiries from community members.

The splash pad is open and safe for use, but some of its features are currently out of order.

The Town has hired a consultant to assess the splash pad and make recommendations on what is required to bring it back to its original condition.

St. Marys library announces upcoming change in operating hours

The St. Marys Public Library is reducing its operating hours in response to a recent change in funding levels.

As of Saturday, July 13, 2024, the library will be open as follows:

  • Monday to Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday and Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (until September 28)

The library will continue to be closed on Sundays.

The St. Marys Museum, in collaboration with various local attractions, launched a 2024 Summer in St. Marys Passport on July 1, 2024. The initiative aims to encourage residents to be a tourist in their own town and experience the many attractions that St. Marys has to offer.

Volunteers needed for Ontario Summer Games triathlon events

The Town of St. Marys is seeking volunteers to support the triathlon events for the 2024 Ontario Summer Games.

On August 2 and 3, 2024, 60 young athletes will swim, cycle and run through St. Marys as part of the Games, which are being hosted by the City of London. Volunteers are needed from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on both days.
