After consulting with industry experts, the Town of St. Marys has determined that it must reduce the temperature of the Pyramid Recreation Centre pool to prevent excess air humidity.
Prolonged high levels of air humidity can cause wear and tear to the facility. The Town is lowering the temperature to ensure that the pool continues to operate in a safe and predictable way.
Precise temperatures could fluctuate daily but the pool water will always be kept above 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Crews will be installing Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Sewer Liners in several areas between June 5 and 16. Intermittent traffic impacts will be encountered during these times while liners are being installed which may include partial lane closures, road closures, detours, etc.
