The St. Marys Public Library Board recognizes the vital and invaluable role of our local library. Beyond lending books and other items, the library provides a safe space where people can access services at no cost, with no judgement.
For years, we have provided library services to residents in the Township of Perth South at a subsidized rate to ensure free access for all. This means the Board has asked the Township to pay less than it costs for us to deliver library services to its residents.

UPDATE: The pool will re-open at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
The Pyramid Recreation Centre pool is currently closed due to a fouling. It is expected to re-open in the afternoon on April 3, 2024.
Credits will be issued through Activenet for any missed programs or swimming lessons.

Town annually recognizing outstanding accomplishments in sports
The Town of St. Marys is installing a Sports Wall of Fame at the Pyramid Recreation Centre to recognize those who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in sports in the community.

Pop-ups planned for March 22, July 26, and October 25, 2024
On March 22, July 26 and October 25, 2024, Service Canada will be setting up shop in the St. Marys Public Library. The federal agency is running pop-up events at the library to help connect residents with services that are not typically available in town.
