Town of St. Marys proclaims November 28 GivingTuesday

The Town of St. Marys has officially proclaimed Tuesday, November 28, 2017 GivingTuesday. The proclamation was made as a show of support for this global movement, which encourages individuals, businesses and organizations to give back during the holiday season.

Capsule to be buried near the reconstructed Wellington Street Bridge 

The Town of St. Marys is offering residents a chance to go down in local history by submitting ideas for items to add to a Canada 150 time capsule. The capsule will be buried near the Wellington Street Bridge and will be opened 50 years from now, in 2067.

The Town of St. Marys is seeking input from residents on its draft Recreation and Leisure Services Master Plan. The draft plan was presented to Council on September 19, 2017, following several months of internal and external consultation, research and analysis.
