During the holiday season, the following hours will be in effect for Town of St. Marys services:
- Administrative offices (Town Hall and Municipal Operations Centre)
- Close Friday, December 24 at 12:00 p.m. and reopen Monday, January 3 at 8:30 a.m.
- Adult Learning
- Closed December 24, 27, 28 and 29
- Open Thursday, December 30, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Closed Friday, December 31
- St. Marys Child Care Centre
- St. Marys Child Care Centre closes Friday, December 24 at 12:00 p.m. and reopens Monday, January 3 at 7:00 a.m.
- Before & After school programs at Little Falls and Holy Name will be closed Friday, December 17 at 5:30 p.m. and reopen Monday, January 3, 2022.
- Waste and Recycling Collection
- Regular waste and recycling collection will be uninterrupted.
- Landfill
- Open December 21 and 22, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Open Friday, December 24, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Closed Saturday, December 25
- Open Tuesday, December 28, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Open Friday, December 31, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Closed Saturday, January 1
- Library
- Open Thursday, December 23, 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Open Friday, December 24, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Closed Saturday, December 25 and 26
- Open December 27 to 30, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Open Friday, December 31, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Closed January 1 and 2
- Open Monday, January 3, 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- St. Marys Museum and Archives
- Closes Thursday, December 24 at 12:00 p.m. and reopens Monday, January 3 at 9:00 a.m.
- Mobility Services
- Mobility Offices (and EasyRide) close Thursday, December 23 at 4:00 p.m. and reopen Monday, January 3 at 8:00 a.m.
- Mobility Services will operate for prearranged transportation. All rides must be booked by Wednesday, December 22 at 4:00 p.m.
- Pyramid Recreation Centre (for both ice and pool)
- Closed December 24, 25 and 26.
- Open for regular hours of operations December 27 to 30.
- Closed Friday, December 31 and January 1, 2022

- Friendship Centre / Senior Services
- Closed starting Friday, December 24 and will reopens January 3.
- In-Home support services will continue throughout the closure.
- Service Ontario
- Closed December 24 at 12:00 p.m. until Tuesday, January 4, 2022 with the exception of being open Thursday, December 30 from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m.
- Youth Centre (Updated December 31, 2021)
- Closed December 20 and will reopen for regular hours on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
- Camp PRC
- Will not operate this year, but stay tuned to https://www.facebook.com/pyramid.centre for activities to come.
- VIA Rail Station
- No change to station hours. Visit www.viarail.ca or GO e-tickets, for train scheduling
Aquatics Centre to be closed for renovations starting November 11
The Pyramid Recreation Centre pool is undergoing significant upgrades. The Aquatics Centre has been closed to the public since November 11, 2024, to accommodate renovations to the space. The project involves installing a new HVAC unit and exhaust systems to improve air quality. Repairs are also being made to any parts of the Aquatics Centre that have experienced wear and tear.
Due to unexpected construction delays and supply chain issues, the renovation work is now expected to extend the closure until July 2025.
