The media are encouraged to attend the event and are asked to meet on the foot path near the trestle in the Trout Creek Park area. There will also be a viewing area for the public nearby in the park. Parking for media and members of the public will be available in the lot off St. George Street North and on Widder Street East.

Church Street North at Queen Street, Station Street and the section of James Street North between Egan Avenue and Widder Street East will be closed during the exercise. Motorists should be aware that this exercise may interfere with traffic and plan alternate routes to avoid delays. A detour route will be in place to assist motorists.
