Town of St. Marys cruises toward seventh annual car show

Get your motors running for Saturday, August 18 show at Milt Dunnell Field

On Saturday, August 18, Milt Dunnell Field will take a stylish drive back in time as it hosts the seventh annual St. Marys Car Show. The show is open to all vintage and special interest vehicles and is a celebration of all things cruisers and chrome, hot rods and hood ornaments for vehicle owners, enthusiasts and admirers alike!

Registration for the show begins at 10:00 a.m. and is open until 12:00 p.m. There is a $10 entry fee per car and the first 150 owners to arrive will receive a swag bag that includes a souvenir dash plaque. Registrants will also be entered to win a variety of door prizes, which will be drawn between 12:00 and 2:30 p.m.

The Show ‘N Shine portion runs from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. and is free for spectators. Attendees are encouraged to vote for their favourite vehicle, as the owner of the car with the most votes will win a “Best Vehicle” prize pack.

Accompanying the classic cars will be a variety of food vendors. Product vendors with vehicle themes are a new component of this year’s show.
