Pyramid Recreation Centre pool roof being replaced

The construction to replace the Pyramid Recreation Centre pool roof has been extended. Area residents and patrons may experience construction noise and odours during the roof replacement extension.

The Aquatics Centre will open for regular hours (beginning Monday, September 18) and the Pyramid Recreation Centre building will remain open to the public while work on the roof is being completed.

Disruption

Please note that construction has begun to replace the Pyramid Recreation Centre pool roof. Crews will be on site daily at 7:00 a.m. starting on Monday, August 28, 2023, and work is anticipated to be completed by Wednesday, September 6, 2023, weather dependent.

Area residents may experience construction noise and odours during the roof replacement process.

A reminder that the Aquatics Centre is closed for scheduled maintenance until Sunday, September 17, 2023. The rest of the Pyramid Recreation Centre building will remain open to the public while work on the roof is being done.
