Queen Street West lane closure (August 8 - 12)

Queen Street West between Thomas Street and Thames Road North will be reduced to one lane next week (August 8 to 12) for milling and paving work.

You may run into minor traffic delays in the area; please plan accordingly.

Road closures on August 3, 2022

The following roads will be closed on Wednesday, August 3 for watermain repairs:

  • Water St. S (Jones St. E - St. Maria St.)
  • Park St. (Thomas St. - Wellington St. S)

Traffic will be detoured from Jones St. E at Water St. S, to Wellington St. S, Park St., St Maria St., and Water St. S.

Melodies at the Museum returns to the Cadzow Park outdoor stage

After a two-year hiatus, the Melodies at the Museum concert series is returning to the Cadzow Park outdoor stage. Concerts will take place every Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. beginning August 3, with the final performance scheduled for August 24. From jazz to indie-folk, Melodies at the Museum has something for every musical taste.

Admission will be by donation, with all proceeds benefiting the St. Marys Museum.

Brandon Dundas named Firefighter of the Month for July

The St. Marys Fire Department is proud to announce Brandon Dundas as July’s Firefighter of the Month.

Dundas joined the St. Marys Fire Department in 2012 after attending the firefighting program at Lambton College. Born and raised in St. Marys, he comes from a family of firefighters.
