Aquatics Centre currently closed for renovations
The Aquatics Centre has been closed to the public since November 2024, to accommodate renovations to the space that would address safety concerns caused by saltwater and high humidity. These renovations were deemed essential to ensure the facility could be used safely and effectively by the community. Due to unexpected recently discovered structural issues caused by saltwater and high humidity stemming from insufficiently sized HVAC equipment installed during the original construction, the renovation work is now expected to extend closure until fall 2025.
Project updates and a reopening date, once confirmed, will be provided through local media, the Town website (www.townofstmarys.com), Facebook (www.facebook.com/stmarysontario) and Twitter/X (www.twitter.com/townofstmarys).

Camp PRC will keep your child happy, active and engaged with a variety of activities for every interest. It's time to create new adventures and lasting memories!
Camp PRC takes place at the Pyramid Recreation Centre in the Town of St. Marys. The facility address is 317 James Street South.
Campers should be dropped off between 8:00 am and 9:00 am daily. Staff will meet campers on site each morning. An email will be sent to all registered participants with specific details before the camp begins.
Staff will meet campers at the Youth Centre door inside the PRC for PA Days, Holiday Camps, and March Break Camps.
PA Day / Holiday / March Break – the cost to attend is $37 per day.
Summer Camp - the cost to attend is $185 per child for the week for a 5-day week.
If you are currently receiving financial assistance, contact your Community Subsidy Department (located in Stratford), for approval.
Payment Plans are available for those requiring assistance. Registration fees for registered camp days in July would be due June 1, and fees for registered camp days in August would be due July 1.

Full refunds are provided up to 2 weeks prior to camp starting. After this date, a refund will only be issued if the spot can be filled by another camper.

Staff will meet campers at the grey doors located on the west side of the building. Please park your vehicle close to Entrance D and walk to the entry doors. Staff will be visible at the doors to help you find your way!
New this year! Summer Camp PRC will be going on a special adventure to a nearby location (between 40-60 minutes driving distance). During Adventure week (August 06 – 09) staff and campers will travel by bus to and from a theme park (i.e., Storybook Gardens, The Factory, Bingemans, East Park London, etc.) destination to be determined. Registration details will be updated on the Camp PRC webpage and ActiveNet registration page once finalized in the spring. Additional exciting details to come!
The Town of St. Marys is excited to be offering a variety of specialty camp opportunities at the Lind Sportsplex (St. Marys Quarry) during the summer 2025 season! These half-day camps will be focused on unique experiences for older campers looking for something exciting and different.

Staff will meet campers at the curling club entrance to the Lind Sportsplex (425 Water Street South). Please park your vehicle across the street from the St. Marys Quarry next to the racquet courts. There is a crosswalk to help you and your camper safely access the site. Overflow parking is available up the hill at the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame (386 Church Street South).
Registration details for Swimming Lessons at Camp will be announced when the PRC Aquatic Centre maintenance is complete (estimated late spring 2025).
Frequently asked questions (FAQ's)
What are the age restrictions for Camp PRC?
Camp PRC is designed for individuals entering Grade 1 (born in 2018) to entering Grade 7 (born in 2012). Children entering kindergarten this fall (2024/2025 academic year) are not eligible for registration at Camp PRC.

What does my camper need to bring with them?
If all the available Camp PRC spaces are filled with registered campers, you may add your child’s name to the waitlist. This can be done through your ActiveNet account or by contacting Guest Services at the Pyramid Recreation Centre in person (317 James Street South) or over the phone 519-284-2340 ext. 638. Should a space become available, a Town of St. Marys staff member will reach out to you to confirm next steps including payment and registration.
