Insurance requirements
All bookings must carry a minimum of five million dollars ($5,000,000) in liability insurance. If alcohol is being served during the event, five million dollars ($5,000,000) in liability insurance is required. In respect to the serving of alcohol, the liability policy must include coverage for alcohol. Should the policy not include this coverage, then the Licensee must also purchase PAL policy. The ‘Corporation of the Town of St. Marys’ shall be added as an additional insured to the liability policy. A Certificate of Insurance evidencing coverage for the dates of the event must be presented to the Town of St. Marys two weeks before the event.
