Aquatics Centre currently closed for renovations

The Aquatics Centre has been closed to the public since November 2024, to accommodate renovations to the space that would address safety concerns caused by saltwater and high humidity. These renovations were deemed essential to ensure the facility could be used safely and effectively by the community. Due to unexpected recently discovered structural issues caused by saltwater and high humidity stemming from insufficiently sized HVAC equipment installed during the original construction, the renovation work is now expected to extend closure until fall 2025. 

Project updates and a reopening date, once confirmed, will be provided through local media, the Town website (www.townofstmarys.com), Facebook (www.facebook.com/stmarysontario) and Twitter/X (www.twitter.com/townofstmarys).

Digital signage

We've partnered with Futuresign.ca Multimedia Displays Inc. to offer a unique opportunity for businesses to advertise on the digital display beside the hallway leading to the arena dressing rooms.

Arena

The arena includes two ice pads, eleven dressing rooms, two referee rooms, up to 1400 seats for spectators and an enclosed viewing, licensed area on the second level that overlooks the Rock Rink.

EarlyON Centre

The Town of St. Marys EarlyON Centre offers a variety of free programs for parents, caregivers and children ages zero to six years.

Friendship Centre

The Friendship Centre embraces a holistic approach in serving the needs of adults and people with differing abilities.

Indoor Pool

The Aquatics Centre boasts an indoor 4-lane, 25-meter pool along with an on-deck dry sauna, leisure pool, and family change rooms.

Youth Centre

The St. Marys Youth Centre provides youth in grades three to eight with a safe and inclusive space to socialize, encourage development and reinforce positive play.
