Aquatics Centre currently closed for renovations
The Aquatics Centre has been closed to the public since November 2024, to accommodate renovations to the space that would address safety concerns caused by saltwater and high humidity. These renovations were deemed essential to ensure the facility could be used safely and effectively by the community. Due to unexpected recently discovered structural issues caused by saltwater and high humidity stemming from insufficiently sized HVAC equipment installed during the original construction, the renovation work is now expected to extend closure until fall 2025.
Project updates and a reopening date, once confirmed, will be provided through local media, the Town website (www.townofstmarys.com), Facebook (www.facebook.com/stmarysontario) and Twitter/X (www.twitter.com/townofstmarys).

Located on the Thames river, this picturesque park offers the scenery of the Grand Trunk Trail and north end of the falls. Milt Dunnell Field is home to the St. Marys Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings. The Yak Shack, located at the North end of Milt Dunnell Field, has four-single person kayaks available to rent for free!
