Election Official
The Town of St. Marys is looking for election officials to work at polling stations during the 2026 municipal election. Voting dates include October 7,8,9,10 and 26. If you are interested, please submit an application using the online Application for Election Officials. Applicants may be contacted by the municipality for a brief conversation to discuss requirements and experience.
Online application must be completed by September 25, 2026.
Access Election Officer:
An Access Election Officer supports the voting process by welcoming and directing voters, verifying identification, providing assistance and instructions, and helping ensure a smooth and accessible voting experience. This customer service-focused role involves standing for extended periods, assisting with opening and closing the voting location, operating vote tabulators when required, and escalating any voter concerns to election officials.
