Road Occupancy & Entrance Permits
If you are planning to work on, obstruct, or access the Town’s road allowance (including roads, sidewalks, boulevards, or ditches), you may require a permit from the Town of St. Marys.
Permits help ensure work is completed safely, protects municipal infrastructure, and minimizes disruption to residents, traffic, and emergency services.
