Upcoming Lindsay Atkinson Drive Road Closure

Drivers are being asked to leave themselves a little extra time next week, as Lindsay Atkinson Drive will be closed, starting on Tuesday, October 13, for approximately three days.  Vehicle access to Little Falls Public School and the Pyramid Recreation Centre will be limited to the James Street access lane. A designated area in the Pyramid Recreation Centre parking lot will be used for student drop off and pick up.

Pedestrian access from Maxwell Street to Little Falls Public School and the Pyramid Recreation Centre will remain open via the sidewalk on the west side of Lindsay Atkinson Drive.

“We anticipate a busy few days in this part of town and have been working closely with the Avon Maitland District School Board to come up with a plan to ensure that students can safely arrive to school during the construction” noted Director of Public Works, Jed Kelly.

Over these days, please be timely and considerate of others using the drop-off zone. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
