Spring water flushing scheduled for April 27 to May 22, 2026

The Town of St. Marys will be performing spring water main and hydrant flushing from April 27 to May 22, 2026.

Flushing Schedule

• April 27 to May 1, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., area west of the Thames River
• May 4 to 8, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., area south of Trout Creek and east of James St.
• May 10, 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Queen St. E (downtown core)
• May 11 to 15, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., area south of Trout Creek from the Thames River to James St., including James St. S
• May 19 to 22, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., area north of Trout Creek and east of the Thames River

Potential Service Disruptions

You may observe some water discolouration during flushing. If you experience discolouration, run cold water until it becomes clear. If your water does not run clear after five minutes, turn off the tap and wait 30 minutes before trying again. You should refrain from doing laundry until any discolouration has cleared.
