Sporting fields re-opened

UPDATE: April 28, 2026

The Town of St. Marys' sporting fields have now re-opened. Recreation and maintenance staff encourage anyone using the fields to do so at their own discretion. Thank you for your patience.

The Town of St. Marys’ sporting fields are closed until further notice due to unfavorable wet conditions.

With the arrival of warmer weather, it is essential to uphold the highest standards of field maintenance. To ensure these facilities are in optimal condition for the start of the outdoor sporting season, the public is respectfully requested to refrain from accessing the fields until an official notice of reopening is issued.

Closures include:

  • Baseball Diamonds (King Field, Milt Dunnell Diamond North & South, Rotary Field, Solis Park Diamond, St. Marys Cement Company Field, Teddy’s Field, Fairway Wealth Management Field)
  • Soccer Fields (Meadowridge Park, Solis Park Soccer Field East & West, DCVI Soccer Fields, West Ward Soccer Field, Southvale Park)

Thank you for your understanding.
