Road Construction Notice: Elgin St. E July 16-17

Please be advised that asphalt milling is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, followed by surface paving on Friday, July 17 along Elgin St. E from Wellington St. S to James St. S.

During this time, residents are asked to avoid the area where possible, as pedestrian and vehicle access may be disrupted while work is underway.
