Stratford, St. Marys & Perth Tariff Response Task Force (TRTF)
Incorporating immediate and long-term actions to support local industry, small business and the workforce across all sectors.

Coordinated by investStratford, the Stratford Perth Tariff Response Task Force will focus regionally and include Perth County and Town of St. Marys.

Membership Composition: Members of the Task Force will be comprised of organizations with a primary mandate on economic development and are business-facing.

SEEDCo. is a non-profit of the City of Stratford. The task force, considered a priority project, will eventually report to the SEEDCo. Board of Directors. The City of Stratford will be represented on the task force.

Task Force structure
The task force will be divided into three sub-committees based on sector. Within each sector priorities will be set for short-term, responsive activities and long-term recovery projects around the following pillars:

Learn a language in Pronunciator, do genealogy research in Ancestry.
Borrow from our Library + collection
We lend snowshoes, walking polls, park passes, tennis rackets, pickleball rackets, museum passes, hockey game passes, hotspots, light therapy lamps, radon detectors, bocce ball kits, crokinole board, fishing poles, yoga kits, bird watching kits, and kids activity kits all for free. Enjoy some time experiencing some fun and making memories in your community!
The library has four computer stations that provide internet access and word processing and access to email for your needs, free of charge. Prepare, print or email resumes and government forms.
Printing in black and white or colour available on a variety of sizes, including large format for reasonable rates. Please ask staff for a detailed list of costs.

Provide the community with local and Canada-wide free calling services for no cost.
Available in the library on both the first and second floor for free. Please see staff if you require a spot that provides power to plug in your device.
We offer space where you can tinker, create and make by booking appointments to use the equipment. We welcome everyone to the MakerSpace. You have access to sewing machines, sergers, a heat press, a Cricut, button maker and 3D printing free of charge, with a small fee for vinyl. Speak to staff for more details.
Can’t make it into the Library? We will help pick library resources based on your interests and deliver it to you at home. When you’re done, we will pick it up too! Ask staff for more details.
Borrow a bike lock, access to a bike repair kit and use our water bottle filling station for a quick cool drink.
Borrow materials from other Ontario Public Libraries
Place a request for an interlibrary loan with staff. A small fee may apply from the lending library.
